Here are some helpful ideas that I've found that have worked for me:
- Set aside some chocolate to eat all day. On WW, you can have 11 Hershey Air Kisses (they are the ones that have air bubbles) for 6 points. So, if you set aside 11 for the whole day, you can nibble on them.
- Find something funny. This might be a youtube video, going and watching preschoolers talk about their day. Anything you can think of to make you laugh. Because laughing makes you feel better.
- Think of filling healthy things to eat through out the day. I know, sounds like common sense, but when you are feeling ugh, you want to eat things that will taste good as well as make you feel full.
